Trotec TroLase — Laser Engraving Materials

TroLase is Trotec's professional line of laser engraving laminates, engineered specifically for CO₂ laser systems. Each sheet features a thin, micro-surfaced top layer over a high-quality acrylic core — laser engraving removes the top layer to reveal the contrasting core color beneath, producing sharp, clean results at high production speeds. TroLase materials are UV-tested and weather-stable, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications including signage, badges, nameplates, and architectural engraving.

TroLase

The core engraving laminate line. Available in a wide range of two-color combinations with matte and gloss finishes. UV-stable for indoor and outdoor use. Ideal for signs, nameplates, badges, and plaques.

TroLase Metallic

Features an authentic metallic finish over a contrasting acrylic core. Available in brushed silver, gold, and other metallic looks. Perfect for trophies, awards, plates, and premium signage.

TroLase Metallic Plus

UV-resistant version of TroLase Metallic engineered for exterior applications. All the premium metallic appearance with added durability for outdoor environments.

TroLase Thins

An ultra-thin, flexible engraving laminate designed for curved surfaces such as trophies and awards. Features a thin foiled surface over an acrylic core for fine, detailed engraving.

TroLase Reverse

Transparent acrylic fascia with a colored coating on the reverse side. Reverse engraving through the front face exposes clear text or artwork that can be backlit or infilled with paint for striking display effects.

TroLase Foil

A thin, two-layer flexible engraving material with adhesive backing. UV-stable and suitable for kiss-cutting, labels, stickers, and fast-turnaround identification applications.

SOFTpro

Trade-Lam Copolymer Film

Premium-grade copolymer laminating film available on 1" and 2.25" cores. Low melting temperature speeds the laminating process and adheres to surfaces that standard-grade films will not. High clarity gloss finish.

School-Lam Standard Film

Cost-effective standard thermal laminating film for everyday document protection. Compatible with most hot roller laminators.
