PressTech LLC is a family-owned print and laser equipment dealer at 20243 NE 15th Ct, Miami, FL 33179. We sell, install and service equipment for businesses in South Florida. This policy covers the website presstechllc.com and the emails we send.

When you use a form on this site (contact, quote request, supplies request, or equipment inquiry) we collect what you type: your name, company, email address, phone number, ZIP code, the equipment or supplies you are asking about, and your message. When you call us, we may keep a record of the call.

We use this information to answer you, prepare quotes, schedule service, deliver and install equipment, and keep a record of our business relationship. If you become a customer, we may email you about supplies, service, maintenance plans and equipment relevant to what you own. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, the general location derived from the IP address, the device and browser type, and which search or ad brought the visit. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this. We have IP anonymization and Google Signals data sharing at Google's defaults and do not use this data to identify individuals.

We advertise on Google Ads. Google's conversion tracking and remarketing tags set cookies so that we can measure whether an ad led to a call or a form, and so that visitors to this site may later see our ads on Google and on sites in Google's network. Google's use of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person and not a bot. Turnstile may process your IP address and browser characteristics for that purpose. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested page, time) for security and operations.

The site also stores a few things in your browser's local storage, not on our servers: the contents of your supplies request list, and the source of your visit (for example, which ad or search brought you here) so we know how you found us when you submit a form. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings.

• Opt out of Google Analytics across all websites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Control personalized ads, including remarketing, at Google Ads Settings.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, or by writing to us. We will still send transactional emails such as a confirmation of a request you made.
• Ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing sales@presstechllc.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business and that may use it only on our behalf: Google (analytics and advertising), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (bot protection), Resend (sends our transactional emails), Mailchimp (sends our customer emails), QuickBooks (invoicing and customer records), and equipment manufacturers or freight carriers when needed to fulfill an order, install a machine, or handle a warranty claim.

We will disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Form submissions and customer records are kept for as long as we have a business relationship with you and for the period required by tax and accounting rules. Google Analytics data is retained per Google's settings, currently 14 months for user-level data. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those legal requirements.

The site is served over HTTPS. Lead records are stored in access-controlled storage, and only PressTech staff who need them to respond to you can see them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We will update this page when our practices change and update the date at the top. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
