What You Print
Your copier does the printing. The finishing is the gap.
Most funeral homes already print the folder, the cards and the program on an office copier. What is missing is the step that makes them look finished: the crease, the fold, the cut, the staple on the spine. That step is what we sell.
Bi-fold memorial folders on cover stock
Today: Toner cracks on the fold. Someone hand-folds 100 of them the night before the service.
With finishing: Crease the stack first. A creased coated sheet folds clean by hand in one motion, no cracked spines. 100 folders in a few minutes.
Prayer cards, 2-up or 8-up on coated sheets
Today: Rotary trimmer, uneven edges, square corners, one cut at a time.
With finishing: A digital die cutter turns the full sheet into finished cards with rounded corners or any shape, no dies to buy.
Bookmarks
Today: Trim by hand, laminate one at a time, or send them out.
With finishing: Die-cut with a shaped top or rounded corners, laminate on a pouch laminator, done in-house.
Multi-page programs and orders of service
Today: The copier staples flat in the corner, or the job goes to a print shop that closes at five.
With finishing: A booklet maker staples on the spine and folds in one pass. 8, 12 or 24 pages, finished tonight.
Register book inserts and obituary inserts already print fine on your copier. We will tell you so at the demo. There is nothing to sell you there.
Memorial Finishing Kits

Every kit is delivered, installed next to your copier, set up with presets for your actual stationery sizes, and comes with training for the office. Financing is available on all three.
Kit 1 — Crease & Cut
The desk-side set for a single-location home.
Roughly 5 to 15 services a month. Fits on a desk or cart next to the copier. Crease the folder stack, fold by hand in one clean motion, trim and laminate the cards.
