What You Print
The copier prints it. Someone still has to finish it.
Most parishes already print the bulletin, the seasonal program and the giving statement on an office copier. What eats Friday afternoon is what comes after: the folding, the stapling, the trimming, the stuffing. That step is what we sell, and it is the part volunteers dread.
Weekly bulletins, bi-fold or tri-fold
Today: 300 to 1,500 copies hand-folded every Friday, by whoever is in the office that week.
With finishing: A tabletop folder with saved presets folds the whole stack, pre-printed shells included, in a few minutes. One button, no volunteer roster.
Christmas, Easter, First Communion and confirmation programs
Today: The copier staples flat in the corner, or the job goes out with a two-week lead and a rush charge.
With finishing: A booklet maker staples on the spine and folds in one pass. 8, 16 or 32 pages, with a creased cover so the spine does not crack. Finished the same afternoon.
Holy cards, prayer cards and memorial cards for parish funerals
Today: Rotary trimmer, uneven edges, square corners, a card at a time.
With finishing: Crease the sheet, cut the stack square on a guillotine, laminate the keepsakes. Shaped and rounded-corner cards on the digital die cutter at the larger tiers.
Contribution statements and year-end giving letters
Today: Print, fold, stuff, seal and stamp hundreds of letters by hand every January, with donor amounts visible on the desk.
With finishing: A pressure sealer folds and seals a one-piece statement form into its own mailer, no envelope, in one pass. Sealed, private, done in an hour.
Worksheets, class packets and bulletins at volume
Today: Every copy pays the copier click charge, and the bulletin run is the biggest job of the week.
With finishing: A digital duplicator prints long runs for a fraction of a copier click. Parishes with a school or a large religious-education program feel the difference every month.
Newsletters, flyers, registration forms and the weekly announcement sheet already print fine on your copier. We will tell you so at the demo. There is nothing to sell you there.

If it fits, we deliver, set up next to the copier, save presets for your sizes and train everyone who will touch it, volunteers included.
