The Perfecta BA unloader takes finished layers off the cutter and restacks them on a pallet up to 70.9 inches tall while the next cut is already running, with automatic format adjustment and pile quality clean enough to feed folders and other finishing gear directly. It mounts on the right or left of the high-speed cutter and handles layers up to 660 pounds on the large BA 7.

The Perfecta BSB L automatic jogger squares reams and drives out trapped air before they reach the cutter, so your guillotine cuts more accurately and your operator stops hand-jogging heavy lifts. The motor-driven table tilts and raises to working height, jogging intensity and air-expulsion roller speed are individually adjustable, and it mounts to the right or left of the cutter. Two sizes handle sheets up to 31.5x44.9 inches (BSB 3L) or 49.2x65 inches (BSB 7L).
