The Perfecta BB loader automates separating reams off the pile and delivering them onto the high-speed cutter, loading the rear table by pusher or gripper clamp so the operator never lifts a layer. It destacks piles up to 55.1 inches tall (70.9 inches optional) and moves layers up to 330 pounds, handling paper, board, films, and even printing plates lengthways or crossways. Five models cover cutters from 30-inch to 65-inch formats.

Perfecta BSH Mobile Stack Lift
The Perfecta BSH stack lift raises and lowers full pallets automatically so the top of the pile always sits at working height, taking the bending and lifting out of feeding a cutter or jogger. A height-adjustable photocell keeps the pile aligned, the hydraulically driven twin-chain system lifts up to 4,400 pounds, and a beveled front edge makes pallet loading easy. Choose the BSH 3-1200 for 30x45-inch pallets or the BSH 7-2000 for large-format work.
