The AeroDieCut is an auto-feed platen die cutter that cuts, creases, and perforates complex shapes in a single pass at up to 1,000 sheets per hour — packaging, boxes, shaped cards, and tags from 14.3x20.25" digital sheets up to 400 gsm. The patented Tri-suction feeder with ultrasonic double-feed detection and a cut-mark sensor compensates for image shift, and a step-and-repeat function finishes multi-up layouts without paying for extra dies. Far simpler and safer to run than a traditional clamshell, with 100 jobs stored on the 4.3" touch screen.
