The Formax FD 3302 uses an air-suction belt feed instead of friction wheels, so it folds coated, glossy, and digitally printed stock without feed marks or static problems. It runs up to 18,600 sheets per hour from a 625-sheet extended infeed that takes sheets up to 25.5" long, with automatic paper size detection and automatic fold plate setup from the color touchscreen. Optical and ultrasonic double-feed detection and a side air system for heavy stock make it a strong fit for print shops folding digital output.
