The Duplo iSaddle 5.0 is a production saddle stitching system that scores and plough-folds each collated set — the way a commercial bindery does — for thicker, flatter booklets than a conventional bookletmaker. Fed by DSC-10/60i collator towers (up to 60 bins), it stitches with heavy-duty Hohner heads and trims at up to 5,050 booklets per hour, handling 12" x 12", letter landscape, and long-cover formats up to 14" x 24" sheets.
