The DuSense DDC-810 PRO puts raised spot UV embellishment in-house with no screens or dies: 600x600 dpi inkjet heads lay down 15-80 micron tactile varnish, cured by UV lamp and registered by camera to ±0.2 mm. It coats offset or digital output up to 14.33" x 29.52" and 450 gsm at up to 60 letter-length sheets per minute — premium business cards, packaging, invitations, and book covers that sell themselves by touch.
