The Duplo DSC-10/60i is the air-suction collator at the heart of Duplo's booklet systems — and a productive machine on its own, turning uncollated sheets into pre-sorted sets at up to 10,000 sets per hour. Each of its 10 bins has patented dual-fan separation and high-resolution misfeed/double-feed sensors, towers chain up to 60 bins, and the Intelligent Multi-Bin Feed function merges offset, digital, and variable-data stock into one collated stream.

The table tilts from flat to 60 degrees, accepts accessory dividers for jogging multiple lifts of smaller stock at once, and the Dial-a-Jog control adjusts the jogging action with toggle or hands-free foot-switch operation.
