A dual heated nip system improves adhesion to digital prints, the automated feeder holds a 13.7 inch pile, and a flying knife separates single-sided output at up to 49 ft/min (duplex runs to 40 ft/min). Card manufacturers and commercial shops get one 1,261 lb platform instead of three machines.
