The Duplo DSF-6000 is the high-capacity production feeder behind the 700i PRO: a 24-inch pile of pre-collated digital output feeds continuously at up to 600 sheets per minute through air-suction separation with automated side and rear guides and a 10-sheet buffer. Optical plus ultrasonic double-feed detection, OMR, and optional barcode readers keep every booklet set complete, and the optional DSF-CFL dual-tray cover feeder merges covers up to 24 inches long in-line.

It saddle-stitches booklets up to 30 sheets — or 50 sheets square-spined — at up to 3,272 booklets per hour, and with the gutter cutter and 4-stitch kit it doubles up small-format work to 9,600 booklets per hour. Challenge Combination Series joggers are the bindery workhorses for squaring large-format stock ahead of the cutter or folder: table sizes run from 20x26" to 28x40", each handling piles up to 4" high. The table tilts from flat to 60 degrees, accepts accessory dividers for jogging multiple lifts of smaller stock at once, and the Dial-a-Jog control adjusts the jogging action with toggle or hands-free foot-switch operation.
